Circle Inspector Shambhu's strict actions against law offenders have earned him a lot of enemies. Shambhu is of the opinion that suspension, punishment and transfer are a part of his job. When Shambhu is made the in-charge of a team to eradicate the use of tobacco, he finds himself in a sticky situation.
